Cape Fear Games

On Friday I am going to arrive at the shop before 1:00 to set up a battlefield 4x4.

Wayne, bring an 800 point army made up from your models, they don't need to be all painted.

I am going to bring along the two armies from the Open Fire box lists.
I will play with the same two armies over the next few weeks at the 800 point level.
That way I don't have to rework my points every week.
I can keep the same miniatures in the bag and bring them along on the game days.
Since I will bring two armies I will have an extra army for someone to use until they have their own miniatures.

I will play the first game with my Germans against Greg at one o'clock on my terrain if that is okay with you.
Lets try to play a two hour game.

Wayne and Mike or Wayne and Denny can play a game using the store terrain at the same time.
You guys can work out the details (armies, battlefield, point level) of that matchup.

At three o'clock we can play a second battle with different opponents.
Greg against Wayne or Mike or Denny: me against somebody.
That way we can play two league games on that day and be done and out of the store by five o'clock.

We can post the results of our games to this Forum.

Sounds good to me guys. I will bring my US Armored forces and play using my Turning Tides or Blood, Guts, and Glory lists, but I will adjust the points to make it fall into the 800-900 pt range. See you guys tomorrow.

For the past several weeks I have been under the radar. Now, since my classes are winding down, I am going back up to the front. I would like to meet up at Cape Fear Games this Friday, May 3rd or Saturday May 4th to play a couple of FOW battles. I will be working at 7pm, so I would need to leave by 6pm. I will be coming from the CFCC North Campus, so I plan on being there by 12-12:30pm. Please let me know ASAP. If I don't hear back from any of you guys by Friday morning, I am going to assume that no one is showing up and then I won't either. I really want to get back in, so please reply ASAP, so I know who I will be meeting.

This friday is not good for me. I have been busy on fridays for the last month or so.
I will try to play some Flames of War later in the month. I will send a message when I get some time to play.

I know this may be short notice, but I want to get together to play some FOW battles either on Friday May 24th or Saturday May 25th. I can be there between 12:30-1pm on both days. I am working on both days at 7pm, so I need to leave by 6pm, plenty of time. If you wish to meet me there, please reply by Friday at noon so I know if I should head to the store.
